The 8,000 square foot Spanish style home, in the hills near the Encino Reservoir, was built in 1983, and has a total of 18 rooms – plenty of space to start a new family. The living spaces and bedrooms feature vaulted beam ceilings and fireplaces for a stylishly rustic feel, and extensive balconies, patios, and a pool offer outdoor living opportunities during the milder Valley months. The hacienda also features a state of the art kitchen, dining area, office/den, and sitting room.
He sold his Bel Air home recently for $6 million. Check out pictures of that on a previous post.
It’s a beautiful cozy home fit for a family. I don’t like how the previous owner decorated and from looking at Nick and Vanessa’s home home that they just sold I am sure they will decorate this house beautifully. I hate the vaulted beam wooden ceilings. My favorites are the patio with the waterfall pond with the trees everywhere and the backyard, I love the stairs leading up the balconies, the pool and how spacious it is. Of course in my head I already decorated the house!! Wish I can see how Vanessa is decorating it!
